Each session is a spacious, 2-hour sacred immersion. We start by checking in and connecting. You’re invited to share what’s been arising for you that week: emotions, dreams, shifts, challenges, insights— anything that wants to be witnessed. This part of the session allows us to meet right where you are and follow what feels alive in the moment.

When the energy feels ready, we move into the Oracle. I guide us into a meditative state and open a clear channel, connecting us to Source, the Earth, and my Heart to your Heart. We call in your ancestors, guides, angels, and the loving intelligence that walks with(in) you.

The Oracle reading itself is co-created. While I hold the container and offer intuitive insight, I also invite your own inner wisdom into the process. You’re welcome to share what symbols stand out, what feelings arise, and what the imagery awakens in you. I believe everyone is intuitive, and the messages deepen when we both listen. The reading becomes a living conversation with Spirit, shaped by both of our awareness.

To close the Oracle portion, I may offer a channeled prayer that gathers the threads of the session and anchors the energy.

After we finish, I spend time sitting with everything that emerged— the themes, messages, symbols, and shifts. From this, I create your personalized hypno-healing audio, which I send to you the next day. It is crafted specifically for your journey, based on what your soul is ready for now.

Every session is unique, but the flow always moves through:
Connection → Oracle → Interpretation → Prayer → Integration.

Your Oracle Stone is a hand-chosen, hand-painted talisman that holds the essence, symbols, and blessings of your entire journey. It is both a piece of art and a living prayer — a physical embodiment of your healing and transformation.

After our first session, I go to the beach here in Portugal and listen for the stone that is calling for you. I never choose with my mind — I wait for the moment a specific stone reveals itself, the one whose energy wants to walk this path with you.

From there, the creation unfolds slowly, week by week.

The painting begins at the center and expands outward, just like your journey. After each session, I sit with the themes, symbols, colors, images, archetypes, and messages that arose — as well as anything I receive through intuitive downloads or prayer — and I paint those onto the stone. Every layer carries meaning.

Your stone becomes a mosaic of:

• the symbols that guided you

• the colors that spoke to your soul

• the energies that came through your sessions

• the images that emerged from Spirit

• the blessings and prayers woven through your journey

Sometimes I will share glimpses of the stone with you as it evolves, so you can witness the story unfolding.

Throughout the entire 8 weeks, I keep the stone near me. It joins us in every session, receives the energy of your process, and is held in prayer and energy healing each week. It becomes deeply infused with your journey.

Once the painting is complete, I finish it with a UV-protective varnish to preserve its beauty and integrity. Then I package it with great care and ship it to you, so it can accompany you as a lifelong touchstone.

Your Oracle Stone is not just a keepsake, it is a living talisman, a sacred witness, and a reminder of who you became through this journey.

You simply need a genuine willingness to explore and an openness to the idea that there is a loving intelligence within you.

I will guide you gently through everything we do together.

This journey offers healing on spiritual, emotional, and somatic levels. It is therapeutic in nature, though distinct from clinical psychotherapy or medical treatment. If you work with a therapist or healthcare provider, this process can weave alongside that support in a harmonious way.

You’ll get the most from the journey if you can set aside at least 20–30 minutes a few times per week to listen to your hypno-healing audio, sit with your prayer, or reflect on what’s unfolding. That can look very simple and devotional.

Preparation can be simple and gentle. You don’t need to do anything elaborate.

I recommend creating a quiet, comfortable space for yourself, with a cup of tea or water nearby, and maybe lighting a candle or placing a journal beside you. Arriving a few minutes early to settle your breath and ground your body can help you drop in more deeply.

Most importantly, come as you are— tender, unsure, excited, curious, tired, joyful. Everything is welcome.

Yes. After each session, you will receive a beautifully organized collection of materials to support your integration and continued transformation.

First, you’ll receive your personalized hypno-healing audios as a high-quality MP3s with a custom cover images. You’ll also receive any Oracle messages, prompts, or reflections that feel important for the week.

In addition, you’ll get:

• a full recording of each session

• images of all Oracle cards that came through

• your weekly hypno-healing audios

• any channeled notes or insights to support your process

All of these are placed in a beautifully organized Google Drive folder, curated just for you. Inside, everything is neatly labeled and arranged: a folder for session recordings, one for audios, one for card images, and one for session notes, all held together in a single master folder for your Oracle Stone journey.

This becomes your personal library of healing and remembrance— something you can return to throughout the week, and long after our 8 weeks together come to a close.
